Enhancing Connection and Community Among Notre Dame Students

Located in the newly remodeled space on the second floor of the LaFortune Student Center, the Center for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion exists to provide a safe and welcoming environment where students can foster a culture of belonging, collaborate to address issues that are important to them, and enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts at Notre Dame.

The Center also serves as a space for students utilizing resources in Multicultural Student Programs and Services (MSPS), the Gender Relations Center (GRC), and the Office of Student Enrichment (OSE). Additional student organizations housed in the Center include Diversity Council (DCND), which explores the issues of diversity and inclusion on Notre Dame’s campus to promote awareness, understanding, and acceptance of all people, and PrismND, Notre Dame’s first and only official LGBTQ undergraduate student organization.
